Samsung is an undisputed leader in the smartphone category onFlipkart. With The Big Billion Days Sale approaching, the brand wanted to extend its lead during the sale season as well. Samsung wished to capitalize on India’s biggest sale event of the year and decided to launch its recent mid-range smartphone Samsung On8 exclusively on Flipkart.
Samsung was given prime visibility in the Platinum inventory during The Big Billion Days Sale. To meet the objectives, a full-fledged digital marketing campaign was executed on Flipkart along with a pilot campaign on Search Tab Product. A teaser campaign was also initiated on owned and operated properties. The campaigns garnered splendid results and Samsung also planned to drive sales of other models in their portfolio.
This campaign generated 111 million impressions with 20.8 million views and a 6.4% Action Rate.
